Below, see an outline of how the entire process takes place.
After checking the long list of possible suppliers, we check which ones are most viable for producing the product. Only ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified suppliers are eligible!
The second step is to ask potential candidates for price and delivery date.
Based on all the information gathered, such as feasibility, price, lead time or experience with similar projects carried out in the past, we choose the strongest candidates. Only those that we think are more capable of delivering the project with the right quality, the lowest price, and on the expected date remain for the next phase.
The purpose of the audit is to mitigate any risk, ensuring that the supplier(s) in question meet all the conditions for the delivery of the product(s). At Cimpex, audits are carried out by an Engineer, with the ability to verify how the supplier intends to produce the parts, with what machinery, tools, etc. Audits are carried out following the ISO 19011 standard and the client will receive a report on it.
After choosing the supplier and making the purchase, a Cimpex Engineer will do all the necessary follow-up, reporting frequently, and ensuring that everything goes according to plan.
When requested, Cimpex can also handle all logistics related to delivery. At your doorstep, with maximum convenience.
