Cimpex and the suppliers
After some time, and good cooperation between Cimpex and several suppliers, we decided to go one step further, and cooperate even more seriously. Today, Cimpex works as a sales agent for several suppliers across the European market.
Who are the suppliers?
With suppliers in different locations, each with a different specialty, we supply both die casting, lost wax, sand mold, etc. products.
We supply both ferrous and non-ferrous metals as per customer specifications.
At the forefront of stainless steel casting, we are able to supply parts from a few grams up to 120kgs in: SS202, SS304, SS 316, M.S., all series of EN, bronze, copper, etc. Through the die-casting method, we can also produce various Zinc alloys, such as Zamak-3, Zamak-5 etc, from a few grams to 2kgs.
In addition to casting, we provide complementary services, from machining with VMC or CNC, electroplating, for decorative or functional purposes. Among others it is possible to Chromium, Nickel or Copper.
Quality
The quality, perhaps, is the point with which we spend most of our energy, considering one of the most important factors regarding the company’s future strategy, for the increase of sales in the European market.
Therefore, all our suppliers have the following certifications: ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 (or similar)
Internal Resources
We have available to our customers, equipment capable of developing prototyping at low cost, and equipment for non-destructive tests, such as spectrometer, UTM, hardness tests, etc.
Regarding production, we have available, among others: Lathe, CNC, VMC, DRO milling machine, etc.
Markets
We are able to supply parts resulting from Lost Wax Casting and Injected Casting for various types of industries. From pretrochemicals, valves, parts for hydraulic pumps, automotive, mining, medical equipment, railway, military, maritime, hardware for doors, bathrooms, etc.
